Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Sales Manager role based in Singapore. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key client accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing client needs, and devising tailored solutions for their requirements. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to maintain client satisfaction and achieving sales targets by promoting Helloverify's suite of services.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Key Account Management to drive client engagement and achieve revenue goals.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to create strategic plans and execute them efficiently to meet organizational goals.
  • A results-driven mindset with proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tech-enabled platforms or background screening services is a plus.
