Lead market development and sales initiatives for semiconductor and MEMS testing equipment across Southeast Asia, driving customer engagement, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead market development initiatives across Southeast Asia for semiconductor and MEMS testing equipment to expand business reach
- Establish and expand customer networks and distribution channels to achieve targeted market penetration
- Build and strengthen account relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Independently manage the full sales cycle including client engagement, project discovery, deal closure, and payment collection to ensure revenue targets are met
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operational teams to align sales strategies with company capabilities and customer needs
- Monitor project progress to ensure customer expectations on timeline, performance, and quality are consistently met
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular account status updates to management for informed decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in semiconductor equipment or related industries
- Strong understanding of customer project lifecycles, key account development, business negotiation, and new market expansion
- Solid knowledge of the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing landscape in Southeast Asia
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Results-driven and comfortable working under pressure
