KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (SALES)

Location: 36 Robinson Road, City House, Singapore 068877

Salary: $12,500 - 17,500

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Reporting Line: Reports to Director of sales


Role Overview

Cofense Inc. (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to support business growth across Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets for the region.

The successful candidate will work closely with regional and global teams, engage senior stakeholders within customer organisations, and represent Cofense at relevant industry events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within information security teams across multiple industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product presentations, demonstrations, and pipeline management
  • Develop and close sales opportunities for Cofense SaaS solutions and other related product offerings
  • Drive opportunities from initial lead engagement through to contract closure
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events, with regular regional and international travel
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Director

Skill Requirements

  • Demonstrate ability to manage sales opportunities from initial contact to deal closure
  • Experience delivering both live and virtual product demonstrations independently
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Existing established professional network within the information security industry is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, multi-geographic environment
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time for regional and international engagements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science preferred
  • 4 - 6 years of proven experience in external sales of information security products or services
  • Proven practical experience in information security services is required
  • Proven practical experience in areas such as social engineering testing, incident response, and computer forensics is preferred
  • Familiarity with email gateway filtering or related security solutions is preferred
  • Prior experience presenting info-security topics at industry conferences is a plus
