We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by building good customer relationships and secure new customers.
Responsibilities
. Establish and maintain long-term relationship with existing and potential customer accounts through customer interactions.
. Promote new products and architectural systems.
. Attend to all incoming enquiries (by phone, fax, email orwalk-in) and provide customers with quotations.
. Handle end-to-end sales process for own group of customers, including taking order, delivery arrangements to following up on customer's outstanding payments.
. Carry out any other tasks as required by Sales Manager
Requirements
. Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
. Good interpersonal and communication skills
. Highly motivated individual with initiative to achieve assigned tasks
. Results-oriented and highly capable of meeting personal sales target
. Positive working attitude and willing to learn
. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
. Applicants must be willing to work at Pioneer area
. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales & marketing preferred
. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree from any field, Engineering preferred
Other Information
. 5 days and alternate Saturday work week
. Mon to Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm
. Alternate Saturday: 8.00am to 1.00pm
