Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager based in Singapore. You will lead business development with core hyperscale cloud providers, internet enterprises, and large-scale data center accounts in the Singapore market. Given the global footprint of these strategic accounts, your deal execution will frequently span cross-border projects across the broader APAC region. Acting as a strategic partner, you will leverage Ruijie Networks high-performance data center solutions to help clients optimize their network architectures and achieve their business goals, while driving sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Account Planning & Management: Develop and execute long-term account plans for core strategic accounts. Gain a deep understanding of the accounts pain points and requirements in global business expansion and data center construction to build long-term, mutually beneficial strategic partnerships.
  2. End-to-End Cross-Border Deal Execution: Lead and drive full-lifecycle management for complex, multi-region projects, including efficiently responding to RFIs/RFQs/RFPs. Responsible for the entire process from early-stage technical shaping (spec-in) and commercial solution design, to final commercial negotiations and successful project delivery.
  3. Strategic Account Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Possess excellent account management skills, capable of building solid, trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers across diverse cultural backgrounds. Effectively align internal Product, R&D, and Pre-sales engineering teams, coordinating resources to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Commercial Value Articulation: Leveraging an understanding of industry-standard data center network architectures, clearly articulate the technical advantages and commercial value of Ruijie's comprehensive solutions to the strategic accounts.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree. Degrees in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM fields are highly preferred.
  2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
  3. Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct sales or strategic account management experience in the IT infrastructure sector (networking equipment, servers, or storage). Prior experience at renowned networking vendors or compute hardware manufacturers is highly preferred.
  4. Project Execution Capability: Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale data center projects in key markets like Singapore. Familiarity with the procurement processes of major regional tech enterprises. Demonstrated ability to execute complex deals that span the broader APAC region.
  5. Professional Attributes: Excellent communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills. Good stress tolerance, able to adapt to a fast-paced business environment. Willingness to be based in Singapore and accommodate regional business travel
