About The Role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is offering an exciting opportunity to join a high performing sales team based in the Singapore office. This role will manage an existing portfolio of clients within the financial crime compliance, fraud and identity segment in Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for retaining existing revenue and generating new business through upselling and cross-selling of additional solutions.

Responsibilities

Sales Activity

  • Responsible for growth of existing portfolio of clients and increase revenue spend per account
  • Plan and execute account plans and sales campaigns to deliver against target
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to LNRS solutions

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned customer accounts
  • Drive referral-based activities to expand opportunities within key accounts
  • Establish strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders within LNRS in order to deliver solutions to meet clients needs

Market Knowledge

  • Keep abreast of industry developments and derive the impact this would have on LNRS solutions
  • Monitor competitors activities and share with wider team regularly
  • Build a community within each account and externally with relevant market players, associations and authorities
  • Understand LNRS product roadmap and articulate future vision to clients

Requirements

  • More than 10 years in consultative solution sales at enterprise level
  • Prior experience in financial crime compliance, fraud or credit risk sector will be highly preferred
  • Proven track record in generating pipeline and meeting sales quota
  • Experience in managing complex senior relationships and working with different stakeholders within an account to increase revenue streams year-on-year
  • Strong account management and networking skills
  • Have a growth mindset, ability to listen, learn quickly and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
