Key Account Manager (FMCG)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver sales, distribution, and profitability targets across assigned accounts.
• Develop customer strategies and business plans to drive sustainable growth.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key retail customers.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, promotions, and trading terms.
• Manage promotional and trade budgets, ensuring effective ROI.
• Plan and execute impactful promotions and in-store activities.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide clear performance updates and recommendations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Solid FMCG sales or key account management experience.
• Experience handling large retail customers in Singapore.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with customer planning, trade investment, promotional management, and retail execution.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively across functions.
