Job Description

Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong track record in managing key accounts and engaging senior decision-makers

To drive business growth across the Data Centre, Hospitality, and Modular Construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, consultants, contractors, developers, and C-suite executives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned vertical markets.

  • Drive sales growth through strategic account planning and consultative selling.

  • Partner with internal sales and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

  • Influence project specifications and support customers throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage complex accounts and multi-site projects across various industries.

  • Participate in industry events and market engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience.

  • Experience engaging senior management and key decision-makers.

  • Background in fire & life safety, building solutions, construction, engineering, industrial, or related industries preferred.

  • Exposure to Data Centres, Hospitality, Modular Construction, Mission Critical Facilities, or similar sectors is advantageous.

  • Travel for work
