Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen long-term customer partnerships
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction
Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, data center owners, and decision-makers
Identify customer pain points and collaborate internally to deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions
Manage and track sales pipeline, account performance, and key business metrics
Promote and position chiller, CDU, FWU, and controls solutions to data center consultants and end-users
Support tender activities, including bid submissions, specification reviews, project scoping, and value engineering proposals
Drive contract negotiations, renewals, and periodic business reviews with clients
Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, service, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery
Deliver technical presentations, product briefings, and lunch & learn sessions to consultants and end-users
Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, competitor landscape, and data center developments
Support competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies for the company's data center solutions portfolio
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic insights for management
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles within HVAC / data center / building services industry
Proven experience in solution selling to consultants, contractors, or end-users
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and projects simultaneously
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, service, and commercial teams
Familiarity with data center cooling solutions (e.g. chiller, liquid cooling, controls) is a strong advantage
