A global physical network infrastructure solutions firm is seeking a Key Account Manager (Data Center & Network Infrastructure) to manage a portfolio across Singapore. This role focuses on driving longterm sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering solutionbased proposals across enterprise buildings, data centers, and network connectivity environments.
The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially driven, and experienced in developing account strategies, uncovering opportunities, and engaging endusers on complex infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans for a defined list of key accounts to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Build, maintain, and deepen strong relationships with key endusers and their partner ecosystem.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and needs assessments to propose appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed account profiles and regularly update internal stakeholders on account development.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive, longterm working relationship.
- Perform ongoing market research to understand customer requirements, industry changes, and competitive activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience managing enterprise enduser accounts within sectors such as financial services, colocation, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, or government.
- Handson understanding of structured cabling, enterprise network connectivity, and data center solutions.
- Strong consultative selling approach, with the ability to develop solution specifications based on customer needs.
- Demonstrable hunter mindset with a consistent track record of hitting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, relationshipbuilding, and accountplanning skills.
