Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs and provide logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with operations on out-of-scope requests and SOP updates.
• Serve as the primary contact, strengthening client relationships.
• Maintain client profiles and manage contract renewals.
• Negotiate rates and service terms with clients.
• Support and lead project implementation of supply chain solutions.
• Monitor service standards and manage supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Any Field
• Min 3 - 5 Years Experience in Contract Logistics
• Singaporean Only
