We're Hiring: Key Account Manager / Client Director / Sales Lead

Singapore (Hybrid)

Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts and strategic client relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track pipeline, account performance, and revenue forecasts
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to leadership

Requirements

  • Experience in key account management, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven track record in revenue growth and account expansion
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
  • Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing enterprise or regional (SEA/APAC) accounts
  • Background in B2B sales, consulting, or agency environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
