Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts and strategic client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth and client retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Track pipeline, account performance, and revenue forecasts
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to leadership
Requirements
- Experience in key account management, sales, or client-facing roles
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven track record in revenue growth and account expansion
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
- Based in Singapore or eligible to work in Singapore
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience managing enterprise or regional (SEA/APAC) accounts
- Background in B2B sales, consulting, or agency environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
