Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the Building Materials industry to join our clients growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and secure product sales and specifications with architects, consultants, and designers

• Promote building material products to ensure inclusion in project specifications

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers

• Provide technical presentations and product recommendations for projects

• Track project pipelines and support the sales team in converting specifications to orders

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in the Building Materials industry

• Experience with any building material product (façade, flooring, coatings, waterproofing, boards, insulation, etc.)

• Strong relationships with architects, consultants, and developers

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Self-driven and able to manage project follow-ups
