About the role

As the Key Account Manager for APAC based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic account development across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts — spanning regional headquarters, multinational corporations, and complex multi-country warehouse automation opportunities — positioning Geek+ as the automation partner of choice across logistics, retail, semiconductor, and manufacturing sectors.

This role requires a consultative, commercially driven professional with the gravitas to engage C-suite stakeholders and the operational discipline to coordinate country sales, solution, engineering, and delivery teams through complex, long-cycle sales processes. You will develop account strategies, build ROI-based value propositions, and create replicable project roadmaps that scale Geek+s footprint across the region.

What you have to do

  • Develop regional key accounts across 3PL, semiconductor, electronics, healthcare, retail, FMCG, manufacturing and distribution sectors.
  • Build executive relationships and identify automation opportunities across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Create account strategies, multi-country opportunity plans and project replication roadmaps.
  • Coordinate country sales, solution, engineering, delivery, finance and legal teams through the sales cycle.
  • Lead workshops, solution presentations, business-case discussions and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, account plans and CRM records; support events and ecosystem partnerships.

What you need to have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, logistics or related field
  • 5+ years in B2B solution sales, key account management or business development
  • Preferred experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics, robotics, supply chain technology, WMS or 3PL solutions
  • Proven ability to manage complex, long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales and ROI-based value propositions
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; fluent English required, Mandarin advantageous
  • Able to work independently, coordinate cross-country teams and travel across Southeast Asia
