Job Summary
We are a global leader in the Memory Industry. The incumbent will support sales activities related to Managing Key Customer Accounts by leveraging technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying products and services to their needs, driving revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue targets within assigned market segments by executing strategic sales plans
- Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and develop competitive pricing strategies to secure business
- Lead all sales activities within the market segment and region, serving as the primary contact for Major Accounts and Customers to resolve issues promptly
- Represent customer requests and perspectives to production, operations, quality, and management teams to ensure customer-centric solutions and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within assigned accounts to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Conduct market research and sensing to identify and target adjacent markets for revenue growth opportunities
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and inform decision-making
- Collaborate closely with product managers and sales teams across headquarters, regional, and US offices to align strategies and ensure mutual success
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate progress and identify improvement areas
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a Sales Management role
- Proficient in written and spoken English to communicate effectively in a global business environment
- Strong networking skills within the semiconductor industry to build strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders
- Demonstrated business development mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities

- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous but not mandatory
