We are a wellness company specializing in health supplements, wellness products, and daily essentials. We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow high-value customer accounts, drive sales, and lead a team of promoters and field merchandisers.
What You'll Do:
Manage key accounts end-to-end: sales planning, forecasting, promotions, and execution.
Build strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and supply chain contacts.
Lead and coach promoters and field merchandisers to achieve sales targets and execute in-store campaigns.
Support business planning, promotional calendars, and category strategies to drive growth.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure smooth order fulfillment, stock availability, and execution of digital initiatives, including e-commerce campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma in Marketing or related field.
2-3 years experience in FMCG, preferably in account management or key sales roles.
Experience managing a team of promoters/field merchandisers is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and able to handle multiple priorities.
Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented.
Experience with e-commerce and supermarket accounts is a bonus.
