About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow our Singapore business across retail and e-commerce channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, building strong relationships, driving performance, and executing commercial strategies.
You will be responsible for sell-out performance and account-level growth, covering areas such as promotion management, assortment productivity, and demand planning support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management - Retail (Department Stores)
- Own full commercial responsibility for key retail partners
- Analyse weekly sell-out and execute action plans
- Drive sales performance through SKU mix, pricing, and promotions
- Plan and execute in-store activations and merchandising requirements
- Prepare monthly account reviews and quarterly business plans
- Ensure pricing and promotional consistency across stores
2. Key Account Management - E-Commerce & Marketplaces
- Manage commercial performance of Shopee, Lazada, Amazon SG, and brand.com
- Analyse GMV, conversion, and traffic to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee marketplace promotions, pricing updates, product listings, and stock availability
- Plan and execute marketplace-specific growth initiatives
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and price tracking
3. Assortment Productivity & Demand Planning Support
- Analyse assortment performance across retail and e-commerce key accounts, including SKU productivity, category mix, and price-tier performance
- Identify fast-, medium-, and slow-moving SKUs and recommend assortment optimisation actions
- (e.g. swaps, exits, depth adjustments) to improve sell-through and revenue per SKU
- Prepare sales and demand forecasts for retail (consignment) and e-commerce channels based on historical sell-out, seasonality, and planned promotions
- Submit forecast assumptions, demand plans, and replenishment recommendations to the Sales Operations Manager for review and approval
- Plan and manage weekly retail store replenishment cycles to ensure healthy stock availability without overstocking
- Monitor stock ageing and availability, proactively flagging risks of overstock or potential stockouts
4. Promotion & Campaign Execution
- Build and negotiate promotion mechanics with retail and e-commerce accounts
- Coordinate artwork, assets, and timelines internally with Marketing
- Ensure all promotions are executed smoothly and accurately
- Track promotional sell-out uplift and propose improvements
- Manage promotion calendars across channels
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in key account management, trade marketing, e-commerce, or retail operations
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to read sales & stock data
- Sense of ownership and initiative - not a passive coordinator
- Comfortable with planning, forecasting, and inventory decisions
- Solid communication skills for negotiations and internal coordination
- Experience managing either retail buyers OR marketplace accounts
- Experience managing sales promoters or field teams is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel and working with detailed reports
