Key Account Executive (Modern Trade)

Our client is a global industry leader specializing in baby care products. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Job Description of Key Account Executive:

• Manage key modern trade and retail accounts to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities through sales analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trends.
• Plan and execute promotions, product launches, in-store visibility, and retail merchandising activities.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
• Monitor account performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize sales and market share.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in modern trade or retail channels.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Business Central.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
