Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and project delivery
- Conduct regular account reviews, track customer satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare sales forecasts, account updates, and reports
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Min. Diploma or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or customer service
- Experience in food or industrial packaging is an advantage
- Fluent in Chinese & English to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers
- Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (own vehicle preferred)
