Salary: S$3,500 - S$4,300/month
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Develop account plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate pricing, contract renewals and promotional activities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing and Logistics teams to support customer requirements.
- Lead and coordinate a team of merchandisers.
- Support new product launches and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and account performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and track KPIs.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG / Modern Trade.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
