Job Responsibilities
Responsible for APAC regional payroll outsourcing services - leading key accounts management, retention and revenue growth across top client portfolios
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communications, senior stakeholders engagement, and proactive follow-ups
Develop and execute client engagement strategies to achieve client satisfaction and retention
Understand clients needs, identify growth opportunities and upsell with suitable business solutions
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and execution
Manage client issues and escalations to timely resolution with clear communication
Support commercial activities, including service scoping, contracting, renewals, pricing, invoicing, and account receivables follow-up
Continue improve on workflows, processes and account management practices
Requirements
8+ years experience in APAC regional payroll services or corporate services background
Proven track record of client relationship management, account management or client success management
Ability to growth business with cross selling and upselling and maintain service quality
Adaptability and self-initiative working in fast-paced environments
