The intern will be responsible in the following: . Involved in the full process of building Senior Living development projects business cases in Asia. This includes but is not limited to market studies, financial modeling, business case presentation drafting, etc. Learning Outcomes: . Exposure to various aspects of managing an investment project . Understanding of fundamentals of operational real estate

. Motivated . Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint . Previous job experience including financial modelling
