JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following: 1) Assist in real estate market research. 2) Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis. 3) Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation. Learning Outcomes: 1) Acquire knowledge of real estate markets. 2) Understand key factors in evaluating real estate investments. 3) Develop analytical skills and financial modeling skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1) A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment. 2) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English 3) A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work 4) Basic understanding of financial modeling and proficient in MS Excel, Word and Poweroint
