Understand drivers for investment decisions by assisting with research and running feasibility analyses for deals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real_Estate, finance, economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Interest in the data centre industry and technology trends.
