The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising potential job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.

This role sits within the Finance Centralised Function. You will have the opportunity to take on at least 1 distinct and customised role with exposure to cross-disciplinary assignments across Keppel's businesses in a variety of functions which may include:
. Accounts & Operations
. Business Solutions & Controls
. Finance Business Partner
. Internal Audit
. Risk & Compliance

You will gain an understanding of the Company's Finance/ Accounting processes and operations, build on your technical skills and knowledge and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.

Apart from your core responsibilities on the job, you will be expected to participate in projects as part of your development.

Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into leadership programmes at Keppel should you meet the criteria.
