Job Scope - Student Care
- Engage children aged 4 to 6 through purposeful play, interactive activities, and structured routines.
- Design and deliver engaging programmes that promote holistic learning and development.
- Nurture children's social, emotional, and moral growth while reinforcing positive values.
- Prepare safe and stimulating learning spaces in line with KCare Programme standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing updates on progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate both indoor and outdoor activities to keep children actively and meaningfully engaged.
- Safeguard children's well-being by observing for health, emotional, or developmental concerns.
- Provide care, encouragement, and emotional support to create a warm, nurturing environment.
- Uphold order and discipline in classrooms and play areas.
- Support the centre with additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- WSQ Student Care Centre - Early Years (EY) or Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE).
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent qualification.
- Friendly, caring, and dedicated to working with young children, with good teamwork and communication skills.
