KCare Centre Supervisor/ Assistant Centre Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Centre Head or Deputy Centre Head, you will lead a team of pre-school educators in providing quality education, holistic development and care for the children.

You will oversee the management of the KCARE centre, manage the deployment, professional development and well-being of all staff. Coordinate with MOE Kindergarten. Lead and mentor a team of KCare programme and support staff. Plan and implement weekly schedule and programmes in accordance with MOE's KCare Guide. Ensure the safety and health standards of children in the branch. Build strong partnership with the parents and community.

Assistant Supervisor

• Possess child first aid certification / ( LON by ECDA )
• At least 1 years of experience managing a Kcare/ preschool
• A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership (DECCE-L) (or equivalent)

Supervisor

• Possess child first aid certification / ( LON by ECDA )
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching (DECCE-T)(or equivalent)
• A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L) (or equivalent) would be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
