The Role

As a Marketing Business Partner, you will lead and execute Singapore's marketing strategy, with a strong focus on driving qualified pipeline generation, revenue growth, brand visibility, and client retention. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and regional marketing teams, you will develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, events, and partner channels to attract, convert, and retain clients. The role will also be responsible for strengthening thought leadership, enhancing brand positioning, supporting customer lifecycle and renewal initiatives, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing within Singapore or ASEAN markets. You have a proven track record in driving pipeline growth through digital channels, along with hands-on experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, and SEMrush. A strong understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, social media, PR, and content distribution is essential, as is the ability to work effectively across regional teams and manage external agencies and partners. You should be a results-driven, commercially minded marketer with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while delivering measurable business outcomes.
