The Company
Our client, a well-established automotive firm, is looking to hire a Senior HR Specialist to focus on payroll, benefits administration and HRIS.

The Role
You will play a key role in overseeing Singapore's payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management across all operating units. You will be required to manage end to end payroll processes in partnership with HR Shared Services and vendors, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. You will administer employee benefits and insurance programs, coordinate vendor renewals, review C&B practices, and act as the subject matter expert for HRIS, driving enhancements, data integrity, and process automation.

Additionally, the role supports rewards processes such as year end increment and bonus cycles, and partners with the business HR team on annual manpower budgeting. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys operating in a dynamic environment with exposure across payroll, benefits, HRIS, and rewards.

Your Profile
Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, statutory requirements, and HR systems. Experience with SAP and/or Workday is an advantage. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, strong IT aptitude, and good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
