We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to manage comprehensive HR operations for our new nursing home opening in 2027. You will start work at our existing Hougang branch and support HR functions to ensure smooth workforce management and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate qualified staff effectively
- Administer work pass applications and renewals to ensure legal employment compliance
- Coordinate Singapore Nursing Board applications and registrations for nursing staff to maintain professional standards
- Process claims reimbursement accurately to support employee benefits and entitlements
- Maintain and update leave records to track staff absences and entitlements
- Monitor attendance records to ensure workforce reliability and productivity
- Execute monthly payroll processing and closing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
- Report work injuries promptly to comply with safety regulations and support affected employees
- Submit insurance claims and manage related documentation to facilitate employee coverage
- Oversee foreign worker accommodation arrangements to meet regulatory and welfare standards
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations to uphold legal workforce practices
- Manage foreign worker levy conversions and waiver submissions to optimize operational costs
- Coordinate staff vaccination programs to promote workplace health and safety
- Register staff for training courses to support continuous professional development
- Administer staff benefits and welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Drive staff engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned by supervisors and management to support organizational needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to perform HR administrative tasks efficiently
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR working experience to handle full spectrum HR operations effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in payroll processing to enhance accuracy and efficiency in salary management
- Certificate in Human Resource Management
