Experience and Skills Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience with business processing models, Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management.
- Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques, and the technology industry.
- Experience in applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Formal LEAN and Six Sigma training is a plus.
Responsibility:
- Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users needs.
- Collect data to identify the root cause of the organisation's problems.
- Analyze, plan and implement operational process improvements, to improve the organisation's information systems and product quality.
- Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Translate the organisation's business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.
- Work closely with the organisation's key stakeholders to provide desired reengineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to the organisation's objectives.
