Your Responsibilities: -
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized therapy plans focusing on ADLs, cognitive functions, behavioral support, and social engagement
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve residents motor skills, strength, and functional mobility
- Collaborate with nursing and allied health teams to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Manage therapy equipment inventory and participate in quality assurance initiatives
- Support training, onboarding, and skill development of therapy aides
You will need: -
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess AHPC registration
