Job Description

Job Scope

Review and manage treasury-related legal documents (e.g. banking agreements, KYC, trade finance) and flag risks or issues
Coordinate global bank documentation, including account opening/closing and signatory updates
Support bank guarantee applications and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records of bank accounts, authorised signatories, and treasury documentation
Manage treasury transactions and data in TMS and SAP (e.g. FX, trade finance, intercompany loans)
Provide system support for treasury platforms and ensure secure banking connectivity
Support M&A activities and assist in process improvements, automation, and digitalisation initiatives

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Banking, or related fields
Basic understanding of banking, finance, or treasury concepts (training will be provided)
Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
Comfortable working with systems and data (e.g. Excel; SAP/TMS exposure is a plus, not required)
Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
