Job Summary
You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, support solution design, and ensure quality delivery through testing and data analysis in a dynamic project environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Create and maintain comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate meetings to align business and technical teams and gather insights
- Support technical teams in evaluating solution options to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain detailed API documentation to support integration and development efforts
- Create test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, and validate that solutions meet requirements
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data using SQL to support decision-making and validate requirements
- Assist in managing requirement changes and assess their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in Scrum or other Agile frameworks
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related role
