Work collaboratively with various internal verticals on business development materials and deal executions and assist senior ECM team member on execution on day-to-day basis
Assist in preparing marketing material on ECM deals for investors
Co-ordination of investor meetings for deals and non-deal roadshows
Preparing presentations, pitch books and other materials required to secure mandates
Timely and accurate preparation of materials / responses to client queries
Preparation of regular market updates and other marketing material as may be required from time to time
Assist in documentation, conduct due diligence, roadshows, adhering to transaction time table and liaising with professionals eg: accountants and lawyers
Preparation of committee memos to secure internal underwriting approvals
Preparation of roadshow presentations, term sheets and other materials to be used for investor engagements
Assist in preparing reports and submissions for compliance
Ensure compliance related workstreams are addressed in a timely manner
Display team spirit and work well with colleagues
Assist with special assignments or ad hoc projects from time to time
