Meet with patients to obtain information about their complaints, symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle, and psychological health in order to diagnose diseases, physiological disorders or injuries
Develop a treatment plan based on the diagnosis and explain procedures to patients and prepare them for treatment
Provide professional traditional services and treatments
Comply with quality, safety, and infection prevention protocols, as well as laws and regulations
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
Valid TCM practice certification
Job Requirements
Completion of a three-to four-year diploma or degree program in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture from recognized medical schools
Experience in orthopaedics is a valued asset
Experience in treating pain using cupping and herbs is an asset
Have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills and are able to build long-term relationships with customers
Be able to effectively work and communicate with other practitioners in a team environment
Prepare patient records and document treatment progress
Ensure adherence to clinic protocols and safety standards
