Responsibilities:
As a Junior System Hardware Engineer, you will contribute to the full hardware R&D process under the guidance of senior engineers, including:
- Assisting with ASIC bring-up activities, including initial power-on and basic functional verification.
- Participating in the development of hardware design schemes for system integration.
- Supporting component selection based on performance, cost, and availability requirements.
- Contributing to schematic design and assisting with PCB inspection to ensure design integrity.
- Participating in hardware testing, debugging, and root cause analysis under supervision.
- Contributing to innovative hardware design ideas to improve product functionality, performance, cost efficiency, and quality, with mentorship from senior team members.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of fundamental high-speed signal integrity and power distribution concepts.
- Familiarity with the architecture and basic operation of GPU, FPGA, and/or X86 processors.
- Some experience with ASIC bring-up and hardware validation through academic projects or internships.
- Basic proficiency in using common hardware testing equipment such as power sources, loads, and oscilloscopes.
