Junior System Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Post-sales support
• Customer-facing(on-site and remote)
• Level 1computer troubleshooting
• Level 1customer service support
• Level 1network troubleshooting
• Basic system documentation creation
• Manage vendors (hardware replacement, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and able to work independently
• Show enthusiasm in IT field
• Understands basic IT knowledge, using Microsoft office

Optional (good to have)

• 1 year of experience supporting systems and network-related solutions
• Familiar with Microsoft products (Wins server, Wins client, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure. etc.)
• Familiar with Network Products (Firewall, Switch, WIFI AP, etc.).
• Familiar with basic renovation knowledge
• Able to manage multiple sub-contractors
• Able to manage demanding customers
• Able to manage tight schedules
