  • Supervise daily kitchen operations to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Assist in building an efficient and motivated team by fostering a safe, supportive, and developmental work environment.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and control costs by minimizing food wastage and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Ensure all kitchen staff understand and adhere to the hotel's Employee Rules and Regulations.
  • Provide on-the-job training and monitor skill development to maintain high culinary standards.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Assign specific duties to kitchen staff, providing clear instructions and expectations.
