From our iconic butter croissants to seasonal creations like kouign amann soft serve and shio pan, every pastry is a labour of love. Behind the scenes at our Central Kitchen, the viennoiserie team works daily to deliver both volume and artistry - ensuring each outlet receives fresh, beautiful pastries that stay true to the craft.
We are now looking for a Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef to join us at Pandan Loop and help lead our viennoiserie department.

What You'll Do
As a Junior Sous / Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in balancing craft and consistency:
- Oversee daily production of viennoiseries, ensuring quality, flavour, and appearance meet TBB standards.
- Hands-on preparation and shaping of laminated doughs (croissants, danishes, kouign amann, etc.).
- Manage and train a team of bakers - guiding them in artisan techniques while maintaining efficiency.
- Supervise production scheduling, portioning, and scaling for central distribution.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to introduce seasonal specials and refine existing recipes.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation.
Who We're Looking For
- Professional baking background with strong hands-on skills in viennoiserie (lamination, shaping, proofing).
- Prior experience in mass production environments will be advantageous
- Skilled at balancing artisan craft with production efficiency
- Leadership abilities: able to guide, train, and motivate a team.
