Engage customers professionally and effectively to understand requirements and to consult, design and propose winning solutions
Collaborate with Sales to build strong relationships supporting customers to identify business opportunities
Design and Manage the solution to support customers by illustrating technical competence and resourcefulness
Familiar and stay updated with CMI OnNet products - IPLCs, IEPLs, MPLS, SDWAN, Direct Internet Access, mCloud, Cyber Security and others
Develop and build new business relationships to understand opportunities for creating value and new business opportunities
Communicate with stakeholders, internal colleagues and external vendors or partners on the developed solution to ensure feasibility
Tackle any solution aspects from projects implementation that require a review on solution proposed
Inspection and Evaluation to maintain solution quality and improve efficiency among key stakeholders
To provide constructive feedback to internal teams for any service improvement plan
Job Requirements
Certifications/Skills/Experiences: Bachelor degree in IT or Computer Science and any other relevant equivalent professional certifications: CCNP/HCNP/MCSE/AWS Certified Solutions Architect and others
3 years or more experiences in presales role working like a solutions architect with range of products in evolving technologies of each domain of ICT/Network/Cloud
Experience with foundational cloud technologies, service provider ecosystems and common business ICT architectural setup
Willingness to travel when needed
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in engaging prospective customers, including experience in presenting to an audience, in English and Mandarin Chinese will be added advantage
Familiar with evolving Enterprise IT Architecture and experience in solutioning in current technologies supporting networking, CyberSecurity, Storage and Hybrid Cloud (may include Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Baidu Cloud, UCloud, IBM Cloud, etc.).
