Junior Software Application Engineer (MS SharePoint)

About the Role
Join our dynamic SME team where you will work directly with enterprise IT environments across banks, MNCs, and government agencies. This role gives you hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, enterprise application deployment, and real-world software troubleshooting, building a strong foundation in both infrastructure and development.

You will learn how large organisations run their digital platforms, gain exposure to secure environments, and develop strong technical skillsets that are highly valued in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user queries and bug reports, investigate issues, and provide timely solutions

• Install, configure, and deploy enterprise software applications

• Perform software updates, patching, and environment maintenance

• Debug applications and conduct root-cause analysis

• Work with senior engineers to optimise system and application performance

• Assist in enhancing SharePoint-based solutions and workflow automation

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related fields

• Basic proficiency in coding e.g. Python, Javascript, etc.

• Strong interest in troubleshooting, debugging, and understanding how enterprise systems work

• Good initiative, willing to learn, and able to communicate clearly with users
