Made To Bloom is a creative floral and gifting brand focused on creating beautiful, thoughtful experiences through flowers, styling, and storytelling. We're looking for a creative and hands-on Junior Social Media & Photographer to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, photography, social media trends, and visual storytelling.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

. Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and other social platforms

. Plan and shoot engaging short-form content including reels, behind-the-scenes, product showcases, and lifestyle content

. Write captions and assist with content calendars and campaign planning

. Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and content opportunities

. Engage with the online community through comments, DMs, and collaborations

Photography & Visual Content

. Photograph bouquets, products, events, and brand campaigns

. Assist with styling and creative direction for shoots

. Edit photos for social media, website, and marketing use

. Capture behind-the-scenes moments and day-to-day brand content

. Ensure all visual content aligns with the Made To Bloom aesthetic and brand identity

Creative Support

. Assist with campaign launches, seasonal collections, and marketing activations

. Support basic design or content editing when needed

. Work closely with the team on creative concepts and storytelling ideas

What We're Looking For

. 0-2 years of experience in social media, photography, or content creation

. Strong interest in photography, aesthetics, and lifestyle branding

. Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends

. Basic photo and video editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

. Good eye for composition, styling, and visual storytelling

. Creative, proactive, and organised

. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment

Bonus Points If You Have

. Experience with product or lifestyle photography

. Familiarity with floral, fashion, lifestyle, or creative brands

. Experience creating viral or trend-driven social content

. Basic graphic design skills
