Co Enterprise is a Singapore-based creative and marketing agency specialising in the F&B industry. With over 12 years of experience and 300+ F&B clients, we help restaurants, cafés, and food brands grow through social media, branding, food photography, content creation, and digital marketing.
The Role
We are looking for a Junior Social Media Executive who is creative, organised, and passionate about F&B and social media.
You will work closely with our clients and creative team to plan, create, and execute engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Assist in managing social media accounts for F&B clients
- Develop monthly content calendars and content ideas
- Research social media trends and create relevant content angles
- Write captions and basic copy for social media posts
- Assist with TikTok and Instagram Reels planning
Content Production
- Assist in photoshoots and video shoots
- Coordinate shoot schedules and content requirements
- Assist with filming short-form content when required
- Edit basic videos using CapCut or similar tools
- Work with designers, photographers and videographers to execute content
Client & Project Management
- Liaise with clients on content requirements and approvals
- Prepare creative briefs for the production team
- Track project timelines and deliverables
- Ensure content is delivered according to schedule
- Assist with preparing social media proposals and presentations
Reporting & Optimisation
- Monitor social media performance
- Track reach, engagement, views and follower growth
- Identify content that performs well and suggest improvements
- Prepare basic monthly performance reports
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields
- Strong interest in TikTok, Instagram and digital marketing
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut is preferred
- Good understanding of current social media trends
- F&B knowledge or experience is a strong advantage
