Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, repairs, and overhauls of air compressors as per scheduled plans.
• Stay fully informed of manufacturers instructions and manuals to ensure effective servicing.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently at customer sites.
• Advise users on operational best practices and maintenance requirements.
• Report potential business opportunities to the Senior Service Engineer/Manager and assist with follow-ups.
• Deliver detailed service reports and recommend solutions to customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional service support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• With hands-on maintenance experience in electrical part of industrial machinery
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License
• Willing to learn and training is Provided
