Responsibilities:
- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Managing project profitability with the Project Manager.
- Involve in space planning, design development, and site implementation.
- Produce site plans, CAD layouts, elevations, detailed drawings, material specifications, and other design documentation.
- Prepare design proposals, sketches, and illustrations for client understanding.
- Develop final designs and specifications within the client's budget.
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors to translate designs into costings for client submission.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to select the best service providers.
- Perform necessary drafting and other related work.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a corporate background.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max/Viz, SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
- Able to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
