Job Summary
You will deliver comprehensive support for end-user devices and office equipment, applying ITIL principles to manage incidents and changes effectively. You will lead a small team, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to infrastructure projects in a collaborative, multinational environment.
Responsibilities
- Support end-user computer devices (PC and mobile), office devices (printers, AV equipment), and peripherals to ensure operational continuity
- Apply expertise in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite to resolve user issues and optimize software performance
- Execute ITIL-driven incident, change, and configuration management processes to maintain service quality and compliance with best practices and policies
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, multinational environment to deliver seamless IT support
- Analyze technical problems with attention to detail and implement solutions that enhance system reliability
- Communicate technical information clearly and politely in both local language and English to support internal customers
- Prioritize and manage work autonomously to meet service deadlines and customer expectations
- Provide network and infrastructure support for servers, storage, switches, routers, and patching under guidance from professional engineers or specialists
- Supervise and mentor a small team of junior engineers, serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Identify systemic issues and continuous improvement opportunities, escalating them to management for resolution
- Participate in end-user support and infrastructure project work to drive operational improvements and innovation
Other information:
Working location: Tuas (Shuttle bus is available from Jurong East MRT)
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Candidates must be comfortable to deposit their mobile phone at their respective locker during working hours. (Landline will be providing at their workstation).
