Job Description
- Provide timely, clear and concise information flow among all stakeholders
- Liaise with customers and vendors in terms of issue resolution
- Review customer's existing business workflows or system functionalities and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure system availability through 24/7 operational support
- Perform ad hoc troubleshooting on cyber security related issues which includes fault isolation
- Execute scheduled system preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Manage service requests and incidents to provide timely and effective resolutions
- Work with service providers/vendors to ensure SLAs are met
- Occasionally providing support in critical events based on rotational duties
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
- Professional certifications in cyber security solutions preferred.
- Preferably with 2 years experience
- Experience in Operations Support
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating system
- Hands on experience with cyber security products i.e. McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, Thales
