Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and administer network, operating systems, storage, and backup solutions.
- Support system development tasks, including design, implementation, integration, and testing.
- Provide 247 on-call support on a rotating basis troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize unplanned outages.
- Create and maintain technical and programmatic documentation for efficient planning and execution.
- Coordinate with external parties and customers to resolve system-related issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including OS and networking.
- Passion for new technologies and ability to quickly learn new skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Advantageous skills: Networking / CCNA, VMware NSX, Virtualization (VMware, vSphere)
