Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical aspects of projects
- Lead or support new system/network setups and upgrades
- Ensure operational systems meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Perform routine maintenance and operational tasks efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain clear project documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux in virtual environments
- Knowledge of virtualization, hypervisors, and Nutanix platforms (a plus)
- Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, switches, and routers
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Team player with the ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal skills
